Dads in Gear: fathering, physical activity and quitting smoking
Dads in Gear is a program to help expecting dads and dads with children 6 and under to quit smoking, eat healthier and learn about being a good father. The program is free for participants and will run for 8 weeks this January. Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
We are a non-profit organization/fellowship of addicts helping addicts recover from drugs. We are a non-religious 12 step program focused on abstinence and spiritual principles. We have no initiation fees or dues and anyone can join our fellowship. We have a meetings most days of the week and they can be found on BCRNA.ca or NA.org.
