Self-Management BC provides support for people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, heart, kidney and lung diseases, arthritis, lupus, Parkinson, MS, etc. We offer:
- COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS (Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Chronic Conditions, Cancer: Thriving & Surviving) that are led by peer leaders and run for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks.
- HEALCH COACH PROGRAM that involves volunteer health coaches providing weekly 30 minutes telephone coaching for 3 – 6 months for individuals wanting to improve their confidence and motivation to become healthier. Individuals are paired with coaches based on gender and possibly shared chronic conditions.
- ONLINE WORKSHOPS (Chronic Conditions) that are flexible, self-paced, available 24/7. more info

Our experienced Speech Language Pathologists are registered with the Association of Speech and Hearing Professionals of BC and able to assess and provide treatment for a variety of concerns including: articulation, speech-language delay, stuttering, social language, dyslexia, learning disabilities, ADHD, aphasia, dysphagia and accent reduction. Our speech therapists and behaviour therapists offer in home assessment speech therapy to children in Surrey, Langley, Richmond and Burnaby. A doctor's referral is not required.
