Processing Times
Note: If you have submitted documents by fax or mail, we are unable to confirm we have received your documents before the following processing times. Please allow:

• Child Care Subsidy benefits - please allow 15 business days to hear from us;
• Child Care Subsidy payments - 14 business days to process your claim.

Please do not submit duplicate documents as this causes delays in processing times.
