Diabetes Health Centre

Provide education and support to people living with diabetes, their family members and the community. Classes and individual counselling sessions address many topics including healthy eating, blood glucose testing, exercise and staying healthy while living with diabetes. For those with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes, or those with impaired glucose tolerance.
