Home Health provides health care and personal support services to clients in their homes, at clinics and at other community locations. The philosophy of care is to promote well-being, dignity and independence. Home Health meets a wide range of health care needs – for example nursing care after surgery, education on how to manage a chronic health condition, relief for a family member or friend serving as caregiver, care for those at the end of life. Providing information needed to make decisions about lifestyle and care, Home Health complements but does not replace the efforts of individuals to care for themselves with the help of family, friends and community. The Home Health Team is comprised of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers and community health workers. more info

We provide seniors, 50 and up, a wonderful opportunity to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Every day our centre is filled with seniors taking part in educational, recreational and social programs.more info
