Dads in Gear: fathering, physical activity and quitting smoking

Dads in Gear is a program to help expecting dads and dads with children 6 and under to quit smoking, eat healthier and learn about being a good father. The program is free for participants and will run for 8 weeks this January. We are a non-profit organization/fellowship of addicts helping addicts recover from drugs. We are a non-religious 12 step program focused on abstinence and spiritual principles.
