Perinatal Depression Support

Pregnancy is not always the wonderful happy time of life that so many experience and advertisers would have you believe. But there is support if you are experiencing perinatal depression.

This program is dedicated to supporting the needs of perinatal mothers. The program runs in 8-week sessions on Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.

A referral through Adult Mental Health is required for participation and childcare is provided if required.

South Asian Perinatal Depression Support Group

ACS also offers a South Asian Perinatal Depression Support Group.

This unique service offered in Punjabi is offered at the Sikh Temple on South Fraser Way on Monday afternoons from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.
